Thank you for visiting our family business. We're not a big rental company, just a little enterprise with a handful of rental homes in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Fergus Falls, Minnesota.

A few years ago it hit us that we had 5 kids approaching college, fast! So we decided to invest a little savings into a duplex, and put the kids to work. It has been hard, but rewarding, and has helped them learn construction, roofing, painting, demo, renovation, mowing, cleaning, business, and "you name it" skills, as well as provide them a place to stay while in college, and a little income from their labor to help pay their own tuition.

We work together as a family, and hope that we've made something good to bless you as you live in the beautiful cities of Eau Claire and Fergus Falls.
